Telemedicine to keep you at home


Here’s an article from CNBC about a non-profit in Pennsylvania trying out telemedicine: essentially it looks to be a monitoring device that allows nurses and doctors to be alerted if you fall or have other needs.

Thus, for some people it can make the difference between living in a nursing home and living in a community setting.
