We ought to be about getting ideas into many elders’ hearts and heads. :- Doug.

Cognitive changes bring us eldering: inclusive perspective; tolerance for ambiguity; noticing things previously missed; inclination to ponder…. :- Doug.

The elders create new models for social caring. :- Doug.

The elder celebrates distinctiveness of other beings. :- Doug.

The elder looks at the beneath and within of things. :- Doug.

The elder is the center of the cosmos, life. :- Doug.

Elders are adept at finding the tune through notes heard as disparate, the threads between things we previously knew as separate. :- Doug.

Look for a new synthesis becoming clearer in your life. Transitions—little deaths and births—occur often as we age, and become more valuable if we reflect. :- Doug.
