5 Ds for your Living Will, Health Care POA

Charlie Sabatino, in Questions and Answers submitted September 23, 2013 to the US Dept of Health and Human Services, gives Five Ds for when you should look over your existing Living Will and Health Care POA:

  • Decade passes;
  • Death of loved one;
  • Divorce;
  • Diagnosis of a new significant health condition;
  • Decline in functional capacity

Seems like good advice to me.
